FullFrame tells Final Cut Pro to ignore fields (interlacing) and render the effect as full frame images. This does not mean the image will be de-interlaced, it just means the filter will update 30 times a second instead of 60 (for NTSC).
FullFrame effects applied to interlaced footage will use different values for several time-related FXScript constants such as fps and duration.
Authors own their submissions and grant full use rights to the site owner.
